Roles & Access Model
Who can use which admin functions
In the current setup, most admin areas are gated to Workspace Admin. Some advanced areas are additionally visible to Platform Support.
Typical role impact
- Workspace Admin: manages workspace, compliance, integrations, and billing areas
- Platform Support: gets additional operational pages (for example product config, system banners, scripts)
- Regular users: mainly see account-level settings and operational product pages
Practical note
Some pages are also feature-gated (for example credit system, user management API, enterprise-only features).
