Version 2.23.0
Meetings 2.0 with live recording, Learn redesign, draft email tool
What's new
- Meetings redesigned — Unified meeting record across the app, organization-level defaults, and a polished UI.
- Live in-browser recording — Record meetings directly in your browser — no separate tool needed, with live progress and a calmer finalisation flow.
- Meeting transcripts in chat — Attach a meeting transcript to a chat from the composer to ask questions about it.
- Draft-email tool — The assistant can compose emails in chat and open them in Gmail, Outlook, or your default mail app with one click.
- Variables in the prompt library — Prompts now support
{{placeholders}}. A dialog collects the values before sending. - Image generation reorganised — Per-workspace enabled image models, an image tool right in chat, and seamless reuse with the Image Studio.
- Hide AI apps per workspace — Workspace admins can hide individual built-in AI apps (e.g. translator, ask-IT) per organisation.
- Friction-free re-authentication — The login screen remembers your last email address via a signed, secure cookie.
Learn
- Learn & Explore unified — The previously separate areas are now a single, coherent module.
- Redesigned course catalogue — Tier-coloured cards, a 3-pane layout for exercises, and a persistent progress bar.
- Guided learning paths — Three new paths (Hello AI, Understanding Prompting, AI in Your Area) walk staff through department-tailored content.
- Unified covers and clearer outcomes — 71 courses now share a coherent cover-art system and a 4-stage outcome ladder.
Data & knowledge
- Knowledge search tools revised — The assistant finds more relevant results across your datapools and gives more reliable answers from your own content.
- SharePoint delta sync — Document libraries only sync changes via the Microsoft Graph delta endpoint — far fewer re-downloads.
- Single-file reprocess — Re-ingest a specific document without rebuilding the whole datapool.
- More stable extraction — More robust handling of plain text, EML, MSG, and PDF files; safer S3 keys for unsafe Unicode filenames.
- OneDrive and Google Drive imports recover gracefully — When individual file downloads fail, the sync resumes from where it left off instead of starting over.
- More stable datapool processing under load — Larger imports and parallel processing run more smoothly without individual workers having to restart.
For administrators
- Edit billing details in the workspace — Billing identity and key contacts can be edited directly in workspace settings.
- Cost-control 2 — Multi-select on the Members and Teams pages for bulk usage-tier changes, a workspace-wide default usage tier for new members, and auto-approval of upgrade requests up to a configurable usage tier.
- Web search respects connector auth — Web search no longer scrapes authenticated connector URLs.
