Workspace admins find usage and top-up history inside the subscription settings:

Monthly overview for the last 12 months (credits used, top-ups per month) with per-row export and click-to-filter that scopes the daily chart to the selected month
Payment and top-up history (up to 200 entries) covering Stripe, invoice, sponsorship, starter-credit, manual, and other top-up sources — including receipt links when available
Usage export as XLSX or CSV — detailed per transaction or as monthly aggregates, for a selected date range (exports above 50,000 rows are blocked)
