Credits are the currency within meinGPT:

  • Credits are activated immediately — keep working right away
  • The invoice arrives within a few business days by email from our accounting team
  • Payment terms: according to your existing contract
  • No card to add, no SEPA mandate required

Automatic recharge (Stripe customers):

  • Configure a threshold and a top-up amount
  • When the balance drops, the system charges your saved card automatically
  • Email notification on every successful recharge

Usage history and exports

Workspace admins find usage and top-up history inside the subscription settings:

  • Monthly overview for the last 12 months (credits used, top-ups per month) with per-row export and click-to-filter that scopes the daily chart to the selected month
  • Payment and top-up history (up to 200 entries) covering Stripe, invoice, sponsorship, starter-credit, manual, and other top-up sources — including receipt links when available
  • Usage export as XLSX or CSV — detailed per transaction or as monthly aggregates, for a selected date range (exports above 50,000 rows are blocked)
