Summarize meeting content quickly and precisely

Introduction

The meeting summary tool on the meinGPT platform allows you to quickly and efficiently convert meeting transcripts into a structured summary. The Meeting Notes tool now combines audio upload, transcript upload, summary generation, and protocol creation in one shared meeting entry. Upload a recording or import an existing transcript, then choose your preferred settings to generate the output you need.

Step-by-Step Guide

Go to AI Tools in the sidebar and open Meeting Notes.

Create a new meeting entry and decide whether you want to upload an audio/video recording or import an existing transcript.

Note: Transcript upload currently supports .vtt, .doc/.docx, .pdf, and .txt files.

You can adjust the summary length according to your desired level of detail:

A concise, bullet-point summary of the most important information.

A balanced summary containing both essential details and important highlights.

A detailed summary that thoroughly presents all relevant aspects of the meeting.

Tip: Choose "Brief" if you only need the key points, and "Comprehensive" if you want complete documentation of the meeting.

Activate the components you want to include in the summary. You can select multiple components simultaneously:

Note: Selecting multiple components provides a more comprehensive and detailed summary. Adjust the selection to receive exactly the information that is most relevant to you.

Workspace admins can configure default language and vocabulary for new meetings in Settings → Meeting Settings.
