Commercial Register Search

The Commercial Register tool enables searching in the German Commercial Register for company research.

Main Functions

Company Search

• search_company: Searches the German Commercial Register
  • Search by company name
  • Search by registration context
  • Various search modes:
    • all: all words must appear
    • min: at least one word must appear
    • exact: exact match

Detailed Company Lookup

• get_company_details: Returns the best exact-match company entry including register metadata
  • registration court/number
  • city and status
  • available document codes
  • history entries

Register Documents

• list_company_documents: Lists available document codes for a selected result row
• download_company_document: Downloads register documents and ingests them into Document Engine for the current chat
