Translate texts and files into different languages using AI

For admins: You can connect your own DeepL API key to have billing go directly through DeepL. Learn more at Translation Settings.

Introduction

The translation feature on the meinGPT platform allows you to quickly and precisely translate texts and files into many languages. You can either copy and paste texts directly or upload files in various formats and have them translated into your desired language. The translated files are then available for download.

Step-by-Step Guide

Go to AI Tools in the sidebar and select Translator.

Decide whether you want to translate a text or a file.

Choose the language you want to translate the text or file into. Optionally, you can also specify the source language.

Auto-detect: If you're unsure about the language of the text, you can activate this option, and the platform will automatically detect the language.

If available, you can select a glossary to ensure that specific technical terms and designations are translated consistently. A glossary contains predefined translations for specific terms that are preferentially used during translation.

Add glossary via .csv file: You can easily import new glossary entries via an .csv file. This allows you to add or update many terms at once.
