Adjust usage limits
In Settings, you’ll find this view:

You can find usage limits in the sidebar. At the top, you’ll see the different usage tiers.
In the screenshot, there are two users in the “Very low” tier with a limit of €5.00 per user.
The total shows 2 * €5.00 = €10.00 for the “Very low” tier.
Here you can see the overall budget, in the screenshot also 2 * €5.00 = €10.00, because users in the “Unlimited” tier are not counted.
If you click Edit, you’ll get to the limit settings per usage category. A dialog opens where you can set the four limits individually for each usage tier.

Assign usage tiers
You can assign a usage tier to each user individually:

In Settings, navigate to Members.
There, you can assign individual users to different usage tiers.
Handle upgrade requests
Admins are notified about open upgrade requests in the sidebar:

In the lower section of Settings > Usage limits, admins can approve or reject user upgrade requests:

Under “Bulk actions”, you can approve or reject all pending requests at once. To prevent accidental bulk actions, you must confirm by typing a phrase.
Users are notified via email when their upgrade request is approved or rejected.
The history of past requests is available under Past.

Warnings
Users see a warning when they reach 50%, 75%, and 95% of their limit. The message includes a button to request an upgrade to the next higher tier:

When users reach 100% of their limit, another warning is shown. From then on, the user can only chat with a free model:
