The Commercial Register MCP server enables searching in the German Commercial Register for company research.

• search_company: Searches the German Commercial Register
  • Search by company name
  • Search by registration number
  • Various search modes:
    • all: All words must appear
    • min: At least one word must appear
    • exact: Exact match

• get_company_details: Retrieves detailed company information
  • Registration number and court
  • Legal form
  • Business address
  • Management/Executive board
  • Shareholders (for GmbH)
  • Capital
  • Business purpose
